Introducing the Inspirational Inkettes

Hello everyone! As you all know, Inky Impressions had a Design Team call recently for new Inspirational Inkettes. We would now like to introduce you to the new Inspirational Inkettes team! These gals are so lovely and super talented, you are going to love them!

Inky Impressions Owner, Nicole (Inky's Mama)

Hello… My name is Nicole. I am a 31 year old stay at home mommy to 4 beautiful children and the wife to a very loving & supportive man, Bill. My hubby & our kiddo’s are MY ENTIRE WORLD!!! I am the Proud Owner of Inky Impressions Rubber Stamps. I started out just scrapbooking but then I was introduced to Rubber Stamping and OMG… I quickly learned that Stamping was my “Passion”. For many years, I have wanted my own Rubber Stamp line. Then back in September of 2008 I had decided to give it a go and try and make my dream a reality! I did all the necessary research and worked hard at learning the entire process. With a lot of hard work and determination I am finally “Adrift on a Dream”. The feeling is unbelievable.
I have the most wonderful husband in this world!!! Bill & I have been together for 12+ years. He is a policeman for our city and a great Role Model to our 4 children. Being a policeman’s wife can be scary at times, but ultimately, I support & respect his childhood dream. That man is my ROCK! He is always there to support me in all that I do!!! With God & a wonderful husband and great kids to support me, I feel like I am on top of the world! Our new stamp line, is just the icing on the cake!

The characters LiLi & Angelica are cartoon versions of our little girls. The character LiLi is a cartoon version of our baby girl MarLeigha whom we call LiLi (pronounced, Lee Lee) and Angelica is a cartoon version of our other baby girl (although older) Angelica. We truly hope that you love our stamps just as much as we have loved designing them.

Inspirational Inkettes Senior Design Team Leader, Tonya Hopkins.

Hello. My name is
Tonya. I am a 35 year old stay at home Mom to 2 beautiful girls & the wife to my high school sweetheart, Scott. We reside in Jacksonville, North Carolina.

I have been crafting in one form or another for over 15 years, with decorative painting at the forefront. Several years ago, a friend introduced me to stamping, but I didn’t get serious about it until October of 2008. In October, I stumbled upon a stamping forum and it really peaked my interest. As they say, the rest is history. Stamping is now my passion. Cards are my favorite to create but, I also enjoy making 3D projects and recycling things as well.

When I was asked to be the Senior Design Team Leader for Inky Impressions, I was over the moon with excitement. No words can describe what I felt! I feel truly blessed to have the opportunity to work for such a fabulous woman, like Nicole and I am honored to be on the Inky Impressions team with such fun, friendly and talented ladies.

Inspirational Inkette, Crystal Irwin

Hello. My name is Crystal. I was born and raised in Virginia. I now reside in Doylestown, Ohio. I am a stay at home mom with 3 wonderful children and a wife to my husband, Jeff.

A good friend of mine introduced me to scrap booking 3 years ago. I really enjoy making pages of my family and friends. I still continue to scrapbook but not as often since I found stamping. My niece introduced to me to stamping 2 years ago. Needless to say I was hooked from then on out. It is something I enjoy and love. I can honestly say it has become my passion.

I was totally thrilled when I was asked to be a designer for Inky Impressions. I feel so blessed and honored to be working for such a wonderful company and with a talented group of designers.

Inspirational Inkette, Jacqui

Hi, My name is Jacqui. I live in a village just outside Canterbury in Kent (UK), and have been retired for the last 2 years, I have 4 sons and 6 Grandsons with a Grandaughter due at the end of July 2009.

I discovered stamping about 18 months ago and have been seriously hooked ever since, "Cute" is my weakness which is why I was drawn to the lovely little Girls on Inky Impressions. I try to use as many colouring mediums as I can and have phases of using COPICS, Distress Inks and on the odd occasion Prismas, I am also addicted to flowers and charms on my creations and do not consider a card finished with out them. before I discovered the Joys of stamping I spent my time on embroidery especially Elizabethan Stump work and Gold Work. I have to make at least one card a day or I start to get withdrawal symptoms, I am on a number of Dts and also work in product development for Crafter's Companion.

Inspirational Inkette, Chris

Hi, My name is Chris. I live in Bloomingburg, NY, with my wonderful husband, Scott, of 11 years and my two precious daughters. I was an elementary school teacher but currently am a SAHM who home schools each of my daughters.

I have always enjoyed all things crafty but began stamping and paper crafting 7 years ago when my youngest was born. Creating is an escape and hobby for me and now that my girls are getting a little older I have more time for it. I especially enjoy creating cards for family, friends, and those in need. I love to learn new things, try new techniques, and participate in challenges when time allows.

My other passions include spending time with family and friends, reading (when I can), camping, singing, piano, hiking, and gardening.

I am so blessed to be a part of the Inky Impressions Design Team. I just love coloring these adorable images and am honored to be a part of such a delightfully talented team. I look forward to working with Nicole and Tonya and the rest of the design team.

Inspirational Inkette, Shary

Hi, my name is Sharon but I am known as Shary on the WWW. I am currently living in Germany but originally from the UK. I have four kids, 2 boys and 2 girls ranging in age from 6 to 18. I also have 3 pets, a dog, Milly, a cat, Jinx and a bearded dragon, Harry. I am a SAHM , so plenty of time for my crafting.

I have been stamping for about 5 years now and loving every minute! My favourite technique of course is stamping and colouring. I started off with a little case of crafting stuff and I now have a whole room overflowing! I love to make cards mostly but I do like to put my Scor-Pal to use making boxes and gifts.

Inspirational Inkette, Pam Sparks

I'm Pam Sparks from Oskaloosa, IA and I am sooooo excited to be here and part on the Inky Impressions design team! I saw the Inky Impressions stamps the first time on a UK website and knew without a doubt that I had to OWN some!!! I Googled and there they were! Ordered, found the challenge blog and applied for the team. Thanks Nicole and Tonya for this honor....I will do my best! I have been married to my best friend, Tim for over 33 years. We have three married daughters and eight (almost nine) awesome, delightful grandchildren. I've been a rubber stamper for over fifteen years and love it more now, than when I started. I do a variety of styles, but I'm really enjoying cute and Copics right now.

Inspirational Inkette, Jenn

Hi, my name is
Jenn and I am from Indiana. I am a SAHM...life is good! I have been into papercrafting since my senior year in high school. I always told myself I wouldn't get into stamping...SHHH!!!!...I didn't listen! Now, I have the privilege of designing cards for Inky Impressions and I'm very excited!

Inspirational Inkette, Kristine Breach

Hi, I'm
Kristine and live in Central Oregon with my husband and our 2 little girls, Carly & Maddy.

I started scrapbooking our family photos shortly after I had my girls...until I went to my first stamp party! Then I got hooked and have making greeting cards ever since.

I have served on 4 different design teams this year, and am sooo excited that I was asked to join the Inky Design Team for a second term! I'm so in love with these stamps...the cute factor and the quality is just outstanding!

I'm looking forward to getting to know the rest of the "Inkettes" and to see what's "in store" in the coming months. Thank you once again to Nicole, Inky's Mama... for sharing your dream with us and making me a part of it!

Inspirational Inkette, Kristen Catalano

Hi, my name is
Kristen I am married to my best friend Paul, and we have two beautiful children-Abbey is my very active and affectionate 8 year old daughter, and Ryan is my loving and imaginative (almost) 6 year old son. We also have two Shih Tzus, Princess, whom we have had for 12 years, and Remy (named after the Red Sox announcer), whom is still very much a very active puppy We live in Nashua New Hampshire, where you're never sure what the weather will bring. Besides being a mom and wife, I also work part-time nights and weekends in retail and I attend the local college in pursuit of a nursing degree. My life is crazy busy, but I wouldn't know how to function any differently.

When my daughter was born eight years ago, I started scrapbooking. The minute I started, I knew I was hooked. I loved the paper, the layouts and the stickers (hehehe). About four years ago my BF took me to my first SU party, and I have been stamping since. I didn't consider myself a serious stamper until two years ago when I started making greeting cards on a Yahoo group. Now, I barely scrapbook and I am a stampaholic. My favorite supplies are designer paper (I need it all), and my copic markers. The more the coloring, the more I love it. I am THRILLED and honored to be a part of the Inky Impressions design team, and I look forward to the journey that lies ahead. Happy creating!

Inspirational Inkette Naoual du Mortier

My name is
Naoual I'm 24 years old, live in the Netherlands and I'm a SAHM of 2 beautiful little girls. I started stamping in december of 2008 and I love to create cards, and every now and then I try my hand on a 3D item. The reason I wanted to be on the 'Inky Impressions' DT is because I just LOVE the cute images that Nicole designs, they are just too adorable for words. I love being a part of this team because all the DT members are such kind, sweet, caring ladies and so is our 'big boss' Nicole. Everything about this team is just AMAZING and I'm so happy to be a part of it!

Inspirational Inkette, Michele Roos

Hi there, my name is Michele and I live on the west coast of Ireland. I'm 40 years young and happily married, SAHM to 3 young, gorgeous, energetic children and I find the best way to de-stress after a hectic day is to start crafting. I've only been stamping for a year now, but I'm totally hooked! I started blogging in August of 08 and I've met some lovely and talented crafters, of which I get so much inspiration from. I feel so honoured to be on the Inky Impressions DT not only because of the gorgeous stamps but I'm also involved in a team which consists of VERY talented Ladies (they are also very lovely). I love to make cards but I also love to come out of my comfort zone from time to time and create something new. Before I had the kids I used to love to go Line Dancing and once was on a breakfast show (Big Breakfast) in the UK Line Dancing with Lilly Savage. There you are, my secrets out, LOL.

"INSPIRATIONAL INKETTES" .... UPDATE & NEW RELEASES

Hello everyone. Hope you all are having a great weekend. I wanted to pop on this evening to let you all know that we have decided to add another "INSPIRATIONAL INKETTE" to the Inky Impressions Design Team. This decision came after I had a conversation with Tonya, our Senior Design Team Leader. I kept telling her how I just really loved 2 of the girls' works..... that we didn't get a chance to ask to be on the team. Tonya agreed and so together... we both broke our strict rules of 10 maximum. LOL Do you have any idea how hard this was to just pick 10 ladies out of all the talent that we seen??????? It was heart wrenching, as I am a softie & don't like to "so-called" reject anyone. :(

In any event...... I would like to take the time to introduce Pam Sparks as one of our new "INSPIRATIONAL INKETTES"!!! Pam is so very talented and such a sweetie!!!! Welcome to the team, Pam!

Okay, so..... Guess what we have been up to here at Inky Impressions??? A New Release. We have just sent the Inkettes some NEW IMAGES, and we will be having SNEAK PEEKS and a BLOG HOP here really soon. So, keep your eyes peeled and we will be announcing the dates here very soon. BIG HUGS!!! Nicole (Inky's Mama)
